What is Google Adsense?

Google AdSense is the most common way to monetize your website. It is an advertising program which allows the publishers and website owners to insert ads. It is a simple and free way to earn money by placing ads into their websites.
There are two ways of determining to earn from AdSense:

Impressions i.e. are the number of page views with ads.
Clicks depend on the number of people clicking on the ads.

In AdSense, the ads are basically controlled and managed by Google itself. But you do have the power to choose the kind of ads to be advertised and also the place where they will show up.
So, for example, you have a website and AdSense ads are available on your website. If the ads perform well on your website then you will receive a check from Google AdSense. It’s simple as that.

How to create and Sign-In Google AdSenseaccount – Step by Step Process:

Once you have got the basic idea about Google AdSense, I will show how you can create an AdSense account for your website.
Before starting the step to step guide, I would like to mention that a Gmail account is needed to apply for the AdSense account.

Step 1:

You need to sign Up for Google AdSense account with your Gmail ID.

Step 2:

Add your AdSense account to your blog or website (remove HTTP ://) and specify your content language.

Step 3:

Next comes the terms and conditions of AdSense. After agreeing to the terms and conditions, click on Continue and you will be taken to the Application Page.
Note: Go through Google AdSense terms & conditions very carefully, because if the rules are violated then AdSense may disable your site.

Step 4:

AdSense needs their Application form to be filled up.
You just need to fill up your basic details and your account information for the payments.

Step 5:

Read the Google AdSense Policies carefully and checkmark all the boxes provided and click on Submit.
