  1. Download mPassport Seva from the Google Play Store.
  2. Now, after downloading the app, open it.
  3. After opening the app, you will see various types of user interfaces.
  4. You have to choose “New User” and register.
  5. Select the nearest passport office.
  6. Give your name and surname, date of birth, and email ID.
  7. If you want to make your email ID your login ID, you can tap “yes.
  8. Add a password.
  9. Confirm your given passport.
  10. Now, in the hint question area, choose a question from the drop-down list.
  11. Now fill up the hint answer.
  12. If you ever forget your password, this hint question will help you log in.
  13. After the hint answer, write the captcha.
  14. Then submit the form.
  15. You will get a confirmation message in your email.
  16. You are successfully registered on mPassport.seva.
  17. A link will be sent to you by mail.

  36. Fill out the emergency contact form. Fill it with a number you want to call in an emergency. Click on next.
  37. Then come the identity certificate or passport details. Fill it properly. If you are from Tibet or any other stateless city in India, then this column is for you. Click on next.
